How to regain access to your user dashboard

If you are locked out of your account due to a lost 2FA device, an inactive email, or any other reason, follow these steps to safely restore access:

1. Open a Support Ticket Navigate directly to our Contact Form and start a new support request.

⚠️ Important: Submit the ticket using a working email address you can access right now. All recovery updates and response emails will be sent there.

2. Provide Detailed Account Info To help us verify your account quickly, include the following details in your ticket description:

  • Reason for lockout: (e.g., lost 2FA device, outdated email address, etc.)
  • Main domain: The primary domain name or URL associated with your service

3. Complete Verification & Await Response Once submitted, our team will review your request and reply via email.

ℹ️ Identity Verification Required: To protect your security, our team may request a government-issued photo ID or additional proof of ownership before unlocking the account.
