Reset your user account password

Definitions

Your user account password and associated email address are used to sign in and manage your services, payments, and support tickets. If you forgot your password, follow the steps below to reset it.

Before you start

🚨You must enter the email address associated with your account for the password reset to work.

✅ When setting your new password, you must adhere to these guidelines:

✓ Minimum length: At least 8 characters
✓ Lower case letter (a-z): Must contain at least 1 lower case letter
✓ Upper case letters (A-Z): Must contain at least 1 upper case letter
✓ Digits (0-9): Must contain at least 1 digit
✓ Special Characters (!#$%^*_-+=?|:): Must contain at least 1 special character

❌ Do NOT use these special characters in your password; otherwise, your password reset will not work:

• / (forward slash) 
• \ (backslash)
• (blank space)

Step by step

1. Go to your user dashboard login page

2. Click on Forgot your password?

3. On the Lost Password Reset page, enter the email address associated with your user dashboard, and click the Submit button. You must enter the email address associated with your account for the password reset to work.

4. You will a confirmation message at the top right. If the email address you entered matches the one associated with your user dashboard, you will receive a password reset link at that email address.

5. Go to your email address inbox and check for the password reset email. In the email, click on the Reset password link.

6. Type in a new password in the New password and Confirm new password fields. Make sure to save your password on a secure note or your password manager and then click the Change password button.

7. You will get a password changed message at the top right. You can now sign in with your user dashboard email address and your new password.
