A hosting control panel username is a unique identifier that lets you log in to your hosting control panel from your web browser or securely manage files and transfers using SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol).

Before you start

✅ Every hosting service has its own hosting control panel username.

⚠️ If you have multiple hosting services, select the correct one to get the right username.

ℹ️ Your hosting control panel username is your SFTP username as well.

Step by step

1. Log in to your user dashboard

2. If you have one hosting service, you’ll go directly to its details page. For multiple services, click the arrow → next to the hosting service you want to access.

3. Click on Login Details

4. Your hosting control panel username is listed in the Username row. For example, the username for our hosting service is cloudhelpcenter
