Log in to your hosting control panel
Definitions
Your hosting control panel is where you can manage your web hosting service and access tools for your website, email, DNS, domains and more. Below is a visual example of your hosting control panel.
Before you start
✅ You can log in to your hosting control panel from your user dashboard or a login page connected to your domain name, steps for both methods are shown below.
⚠️ If you log in to your hosting control panel from your user dashboard, allow pop-ups in your web browser and disable any ad blockers or VPNs, as these can disrupt access to your hosting control panel.
ℹ️ If you log in to your hosting control panel from your domain login page, make sure you have your hosting control panel username and password on hand.
❌ Do not share your hosting control panel login details publicly.
Step by step
User dashboard
1. Log in to your user dashboard
2. If you have one hosting service, you’ll go directly to its details page. For multiple services, click the arrow → next to the hosting service you want to access.
3. Click on the Access Control Panel button
⚠️ Note: If your window doesn’t automatically open your hosting control panel, make sure your web browser allows popups and disconnect any ad blocker or VPN connections.
Login page
1. Open a new window or tab on your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
2. Go to your hosting control panel login page, which follows the structure below:
https://cp.yourdomain.com
⚠️ Note: Make sure to replace yourdomain.com with your domain name. As an example, for the domain name cloudhelpcenter.com, the hosting control panel login page would be:
https://cp.cloudhelpcenter.com
🚨 Note: If your domain uses external DNS or a CDN provider (Cloudflare, etc.), you must add an A record for cp pointing to your hosting account IP address and let it propagate, or else the login link will not work.
3. On the hosting control panel login page, enter your control panel username and control panel password, then click the Sign in button
ℹ️ Note: If you don’t know your login details, go to the following guides:
4. Your hosting control panel will load in your web browser window or tab
