Definitions

Your account email history log contains all email notifications related to your services and account, including service renewals, support tickets, and other system-generated emails.

Before you start

✅ Your account emails are always sent to the email address on file. If you want to change the email address on file, open a support ticket with our team.

❌ The email history log is not your sent or received emails that you use on your hosting service but records emails related to your services, support, and billing.

⚠️ You can only view the contents of account emails in your email history log; you cannot send emails or open support tickets from it.

ℹ️ Your email history log is handy to double check any details related to your services.

Step by step

1. Log in to your user dashboard

2. Click on History

3. Click on the Emails tab

4. Your service email history is sorted by date. To view an email’s contents, click the arrow → to the right of it to load the full message.
