Definitions
If your IP address gets blacklisted, it means you’ve tried to log in to your hosting control panel too many times with incorrect details. The firewall has blocked your IP to prevent unauthorized access.
Before you start
✅ The firewall IP blacklist is triggered to protect unauthorized access to your hosting control panel.
⚠️ You must report your IP address in order to remove the firewall block.
Step by step
1. Open this guide and follow all the steps: Find the IP address of your internet network
2. Take note of the IP address next to IPv4:
3. Open a support ticket with our team. In the support ticket, tell us your IP address has been blacklisted along with the following information:
- My internet network IP address (IPv4):
4. Wait for an update from our team. Do not log in to your hosting control panel during this time to prevent further blocks.
ℹ️ Note: It may take a few hours for the request to process, so please be patient.
5. After our team confirms your IP address has been cleared, you can log in to your hosting control panel. ❗Use the correct login details to avoid further blocks: Log in to your hosting control panel
