Canceling a hosting service deletes all your hosted data and closes your service.

Before you start

🚨 Canceling a hosting service deletes all your data, DNS, and email records.

⚠️ Hosting service cancelations are immediate.

❌ You cannot ‘pause’ a hosting service; it can only be active or canceled.

‼️ IMPORTANT: Domain registrations are NOT canceled when you cancel a hosting service. They must be canceled separately, go to this guide for steps: Cancel your domain name

Step by step

1. Log in to your user dashboard

2. If you have one hosting service, you’ll go directly to its details page. For multiple services, click the arrow → next to the hosting service you want to cancel.

3. On your service details page, click on Cancel Service

4. In the Briefly Describe your reason for cancellation, put in a message

5. Review your request and when ready, click the Cancel Service button
