Manage the spam score for your incoming emails

Definitions

When you receive an email, a spam score system checks it for things that might be spammy, such as misleading subject lines or strange sender addresses.

The higher the score it gets, the more likely it is to be filtered out and sent to your spam folder.

Before you start

✅ The spam score on your hosting account for incoming emails already comes with the most optimal pre-configured settings.

⚠️ The spam score on your hosting account is global, meaning it applies to all of your hosted domains and email addresses. This guide shows you how to change the global spam score on your hosting account.
