⚠️ Email display names and signatures set in webmail apply only in webmail. To update these details in your email app, set it up directly on the app through your device.

Step by step

1. Open and complete all the steps in this guide: Log in to your email via webmail

2. Click on Settings from the menu

3. Click on Identities

4. Click on your default email identity

5. Put in your Display Name

6. Put in your Signature

7. Click the Save button

8. Now, when you compose a new email or reply to one, you will see both your display name and signature show up automatically
