Webmail allows you to access your email directly from your web browser, so you can send, receive, and organize your emails without needing a separate email application.
Before you start
✅ You can log in to your email via webmail from your hosting control panel or webmail login page, steps for both methods are shown below.
⚠️ If you log in to your webmail from your hosting control panel, make sure popups are allowed on your web browser.
ℹ️ If you log in to your webmail from your webmail login page, make sure you have your email password on hand. If you don’t remember your password, do a password reset.
❌ Do not share your email login details publicly.
Step by step
Hosting control panel
1. Log in to your hosting control panel
2. From the top right, click the down arrow ∨ and choose the domain of the email you want to sign into webmail for
3. Click on the Email Accounts button
4. Find your email address. In our example, we will access webmail for [email protected]
5. Next to your email address, click on the arrow going into the square to log in to your webmail
6. Your webmail will open on a new tab in your web browser
ℹ️ If you’re not signed in right away, check that your web browser allows popups, and then try again.

⚠️ Note: For this method, you need to know your email password.

1. Open a new window or tab on your web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
2. Go to your webmail login page, which follows the structure below:
https://webmail.yourdomain.com⚠️ Note: Make sure to replace yourdomain.com with your domain name. As an example, for the domain name cloudhelpcenter.com, the webmail login page would be:
https://webmail.cloudhelpcenter.com🚨 Note: If your domain uses external DNS or a CDN provider, you must add an A record for webmail pointing to your hosting account IP address and let it propagate, or else the webmail login link will not work.
3. On the webmail login page, fill in the fields:
- 👤Username: Your full email address
- 🔒Password: Your email address password
4. After filling in the fields, click the Login button to log in to webmail
5. Your webmail will load in your web browser window or tab
