Definitions
Your payment method is the credit card on file to process payments for your service renewals automatically.
Before you start
✅ Auto-pay is automatically enabled with your credit card, all major credit cards are accepted, including:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
- Capital One
- JCB
- Diners Club
- Maestro
ℹ️ Debit cards are also accepted, provided they are credit card debit cards (Visa debit, Mastercard debit, etc.).
⚠️ You can use prepaid credit cards, but make sure they have enough funds to cover your service payments.
❌ PayPal, bank transfer and mail-in checks are not accepted payment methods.
Step by step
Access your credit cards
1. Log in to your user dashboard
2. Click on Billing

3. Click on the Credit Cards tab

4. Depending on what action you want to perform next, go to the section with the corresponding steps below
Edit your existing credit card
On your existing credit card, you can edit the following details –
- Name
- Expiry Date
❌ Note: You cannot change the number of an existing credit card. To update it, follow the steps to add a new credit card further below.
1. Go to your credit card
2. Click on the 3 vertical dots ⋮

3. Select Edit

4. On the popup, you can change your credit card details. To apply your changes, click Save Changes.
➡️ Here is an example of the process, we’ll edit the expiry date and name on our American Express card.

Add a new credit card
To add a new credit card on file, use the steps below.
⚠️ Note: When you add a new credit card on file, it will automatically replace your previous card.
1. Click the Add New Credit Card button

2. Fill in your credit card fields:
- Credit Card Number
- Expiry Date (MM/YY)
- CVC (3 or 4-digit security code on your card used for verification)
- ZIP (zip or postal code associated to your credit card)
➡️ Here is an example of the process, we’ll add a Mastercard on file and it will replace our American Express card.

Remove a credit card
ℹ️ Please note that all active services require a credit card on file. To delete old or unused cards, follow the steps below.
1. Find your old credit card
2. Click the three dots on the right-hand side of it

3. From the dropdown, select Delete

4. On the confirmation popup, click the Yes button
