If your hosting service has been suspended, it means you have an overdue payment or an incident our team has reached out to you about that requires your immediate action.
Before you start
✅ 99.9% of suspensions are caused by overdue payments. To reactivate your service immediately, make sure to review and pay any overdue invoices, go here: Pay your invoice
⚠️ If your service has been suspended due to an incident, review open support tickets on your user dashboard for action steps to reactivate your service.

Step by step
If your hosting service is suspended, follow the steps below.
1. Open and complete the steps in this guide: Pay your invoice
2. Once your payment is processed, your account will be automatically reactivated
⚠️ Note: If you have paid your invoices in full and your account is suspended, check open notices for required action steps to reactivate your account.
