Edit the profile details on your user account

User account profile details are the contact and billing information on file for your account and services.

Before you start

✅ If you move, change your name, or are in the process of an account ownership transfer, you must edit your account profile to keep the contact and billing details up to date.

❌ You cannot edit the email address on your profile. You must submit a ticket to our team to get your email address updated. This is to protect and prevent unauthorized access to your services and data.

Step by step

1. Log in to your user dashboard

2. Click on Account Details

3. Click the Edit Details tab

4. Click the fields to edit your details. Remember, you cannot edit your email address, if you are looking to edit that field, open a support ticket.

5. Once you’ve updated your details, click the Save Changes button

6. Your account details will update immediately and used as your contact and billing profile details
