Your hosting service includes an email service, allowing you to create email addresses with your domain name.
Before you start
✅ To create an email address, your domain must be registered, connected to your hosting account, and use our nameservers or DNS.
⚠️ Use the system password generator to set a strong password for your email address.
❌ Never share your email address password publicly.
Step by step
Create an email address
1. Log in to your hosting control panel
2. From the top right, click the down arrow ∨ and choose the domain you want to create an email address for
3. Click on the Email Accounts button
4. Click on + Create Account
5. In the Username field, type in your email address prefix. The prefix is the part before the @ symbol in your email address. We will create [email protected], so our prefix is info
6. For the Password field, click the dice ⚁ ⚁ button to generate a secure password
7. Click the Create Account button
8. On the Account Created popup, you’ll see your full email address credentials. Highlight and copy down your username and password on a secure note. After noting them down, click the X at the top right.
Access your email via webmail
After you’ve created an email address, you can log in to your email via webmail.
Add your email to apps on your device
After you’ve created an email address, you can add it to your devices’ email applications using IMAP and SMTP. For specific email applications, see the guides below.
